Joanne is a seasoned Registered Dental Hygienist with a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others. Her journey in the dental field began after graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program at Fanshawe College in 1984. With a career spanning over four decades, Joanne has worked in various offices across Mississauga, Brampton, St. Thomas, and London.

Born in Toronto and raised in Mississauga, Joanne has called St. Thomas home for the past 35 years. Her decision to pursue a career in dentistry was sparked by a visit to the orthodontist as a teenager, where she was inspired by the clean and comfortable environment and the caring staff. Joanne's strengths lie in her love for helping people and her knack for finding practical solutions to everyday problems. She is admired for her organizational skills and finding ways to accommodate supplies efficiently. Joanne finds joy in helping patients improve their smiles and self-esteem through oral care and education. She particularly enjoys working with children, making their dental visits comfortable and instilling positive attitudes towards oral health from a young age.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys a variety of hobbies, including quilting, woodworking, gardening, and spending time with her family. She cherishes moments spent with her three grown children and five grandchildren, as well as her beloved 14-year-old Shih Tzu. With a heart for volunteer work and a passion for helping people live happy and fulfilling lives, Joanne looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.
